The summer of 2018 brought three new pathologists to the staff of Dominion Pathology. The new pathologists and their expertise will be great assets to the team.
Dr. Robert Jarrett comes to us from Tupelo, Mississippi, where he was the president of Tupelo Pathology Group. He has special training and interest in the fields of dermatopathology, neuropathology, breast and gynecologic pathology.
Dr. Patrick Rush recently completed his dermatopathology fellowship at Harvard – Massachusetts General Hospital. He trained at several highly regarded institutions including Beth-Israel Deaconess, Brigham and Women’s and Massachusetts General Hospital. He has interests in dermatopathology, gastrointestinal and head and neck pathology. Dr. Rush is a key figure in the Carilion Clinic Dermatology Residency program where he helps educate future clinicians.
Dr. Michael Stump, also a recent fellowship graduate, joins us after his completion of the hematopathology fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Stump has extensive training in all aspects of hematopatholgy, flow cytometry and also has interests in gynecologic and genitourinary pathology.
